Enoki Mushroom | 200g

Long, slender stems with white caps, enokii mushroom have a disticnh appearance. They have a crunchy texture and a mild sweet flavour. The mushrooms are delicate and it's best to lightly cook them, they are perfect to add to salads, sushi rolls and as a garnish.
