OtterFresh Returns and Refund Policy
At OtterFresh by Red Otter Farms, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest quality organic produce to our customers. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible experience. However, we acknowledge that occasionally there may be concerns about the products received. To address such concerns, we have established the following Returns and Refund Policy:
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery at otterfresh.shop@redotterfarms.in or WhatsApp us at +91 93548 08527. Please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos to support your claim. Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Perishable Items:
Due to the nature of fresh, organic produce, items may spoil or become unsuitable for consumption more quickly than chemically treated products. If you believe that the perishable items in your order have spoiled prematurely, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photographs of the affected products and ask for additional information to process your claim. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Perishable Items:
For non-perishable items, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet our criteria.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item(s) or claim. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been harvested, processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been harvested or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above for any unwanted items.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds on items that have been consumed or discarded, or in cases where customers have not complied with the policy’s terms and conditions.
