Vitamin C Loaded Green Smoothie
A Vitamin C Loaded Green Smoothie is an incredibly healthy and delicious beverage that combines a variety of different ingredients that are all packed with nutrients. The base of the smoothie is usually made from leafy green vegetables like kale and spinach. Fruits, such as pineapple, lemons and limes, are then added for additional Vitamin C and a dose of natural sweetness. Finally, you can blend all of the ingredients in a blender to create a satisfying smoothie that is packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Just Kale
- 1 cup hearty Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks
- 1-2 slices of Ginger
- 3-4 leaves of Mint
