Tangy Kale Salad

Tangy Kale Salad is a flavourful and healthy salad that combines fresh kale, broccoli, carrots, and feta cheese with a tangy dressing made of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and lemon juice. It’s a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals, and the dressing adds a nice kick of flavour.

Serves: 2  |  Preparation & Cooking Time: 20 minutes


For Salad:

  • Red Otter Farms Kale Greens, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Almonds & Sunflower seeds.   

For Dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Step 1:

Mix all the ingredients of the dressing in a small bowl and whisk it well.

Step 2:

Next, massage kale greens with a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Rub with your fingers until leaves begin to tenderise

Step 3:

In a large salad bowl, combine massaged kale, broccoli, carrot, onion, almonds & seeds.

Drizzle some dressing and toss it well.
