Spicy Baby Potato

Spicy baby potatoes are a delicious and healthy snack option! They are small, round potatoes that can be cooked in many different ways. You can bake, fry, roast, microwave, and even boil them. They can be cooked with olive oil, garlic, curry leaves,lemon juice, spices, herbs, and other ingredients to give them a delicious flavor. They are a great source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.   • 500g baby potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 sprig of curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 dry red chili
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 3 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Oil, as per requirement


Step 1

Pressure cook the potatoes and keep aside to cool. Peel off the skin and put them in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a skillet, add dry red chili, curry leaves, cumin and let them crackle. Now add

all the spices and saute for a few seconds.

Step 3

Add the baby potatoes and mix it with the spice well. Add lemon and mix again. Turn off the

heat and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
