Spicy Baby Potato
Serves: 4 | Preparation & Cooking Time: 30 minutes
- 500g baby potatoes
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 dry red chili
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 3 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Oil, as per requirement
Pressure cook the potatoes and keep aside to cool. Peel off the skin and put them in a bowl.
Heat the oil in a skillet, add dry red chili, curry leaves, cumin and let them crackle. Now add
all the spices and saute for a few seconds.
Add the baby potatoes and mix it with the spice well. Add lemon and mix again. Turn off the
heat and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
