- Red Otter Farms lettuce leaves
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1-2 cheese slices
- ¼ cup grilled paneer
- 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil pesto
- 1-2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Set out the tortilla and place the cheese slices at the center of it.
Top up the wrap with lettuce leaves, paneer, sun dried tomatoes, pesto and feta cheese.
Fold the top and bottom in slightly and then tightly roll up the tortilla. Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately.
Pro tip: You can swap the paneer with grilled chicken.
