Mediterranian Wrap
A Mediterranean wrap is a delicious and nutritious meal made with whole-wheat tortillas, and various vegetables and proteins. It is typically served cold, but can be served warm as well. The ingredients typically include tomatoes, feta cheese, basil pesto, paneer, and lettuce leaves. The Mediterranean wrap is a great option for a light lunch or dinner, as it is low in calories, high in fiber, and contains plenty of healthy fats.

Ingredients:
- Red Otter Farms lettuce leaves
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1-2 cheese slices
- ¼ cup grilled paneer
- 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil pesto
- 1-2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
Step 1
Set out the tortilla and place the cheese slices at the center of it.
Step 2
Top up the wrap with lettuce leaves, paneer, sun dried tomatoes, pesto and feta cheese.
Step 3
Fold the top and bottom in slightly and then tightly roll up the tortilla. Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately.
Pro tip: You can swap the paneer with grilled chicken.
