Ingredients:
- 100 gm romaine lettuce leaves
- 10 gm celery leaves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 medium size tomatoes
- 50 gms gouda cheese
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt & pepper for seasoning
- 2 hard cooked eggs, cut into quarter lengthwise
Instructions:
Step 1:
Cut romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces, place in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, celery and cheese
Step 2:
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard and fresh lemon juice, whisk in olive oil in a steady stream until emulsified. Season with coarse salt & ground pepper
Step 3:
Pour dressing over salad, and toss to combine. Serve topped with hard cooked eggs
