Curly Kale with Rosemary & Chilli
Curly Kale with Rosemary & Chilli is a delicious and healthy side dish. It is made with fresh curly kale, rosemary, and chilli. Ingredients:
- Red Otter Farms Curly Kale, roughly chopped
- 2-3 Garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 sprig fresh Rosemary
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 fresh Red Chilli, thinly sliced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Step 1:
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté until tender
Step 2:
Add the rosemary, garlic & chilli and sauté
Step 3:
Add Kale and season with salt & pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and let the greens wilt a little. When the leaves are cooked, adjust the seasoning, remove the rosemary sprig and serve hot!
