Cranberry Spinach Salad is a delicious and nutritious salad made with fresh spinach, sweet dried cranberries, crunchy walnuts and a zesty lemon-dijon vinaigrette. It’s a great way to get your greens and protein in one meal, and it’s packed with vitamins and minerals. The combination of sweet cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a tangy lemon-dijon vinaigrette makes it a great salad for any occasion.

Serves: 4  |  Preparation & Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • Red Otter Farms Spinach, roughly hand-chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, slivered
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 Onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes


Step 1:

In a saucepan, heat the butter & lightly toast the almonds. Remove from heat & let it cool

Step 2:

In a bowl, whisk together sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, onion, olive oil, vinegar & chilli flakes. Toss it with spinach

Step 3:

In a large bowl, toss almonds, cranberries & spinach.
