
Warm Lettuce Salad

50g lettuce greens

50g kale greens

2-3 pieces red radish, sliced

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup moong sprouts

1 small yellow bell pepper, diced

2 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 teaspoon honey

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Step 1
In a skillet, saute the bell pepper and sprouts. Add vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt & pepper and stir well.
Step 2
Toss the lettuce and kale in the same skillet for 30-45 seconds.
Step 3
Transfer the sauted salad in a serving bowl, add radish and bell pepper, toss again. Serve warm.
